Looking for a classic Hawke’s Bay day out on the golf course and driving range? Welcome to Golflands, home of the Karamu Golf Club.
Centrally located between Napier and Hastings, Havelock North and Taradale, and coupled with the popular No. 5 Café & Larder, Golflands is the perfect spot to meet up for a friendly spot of golf. Enjoy the range of activities here including a 9-hole golf course (which also works for 18 holes), mini golf, foot golf, and popular driving range.
Established in 2011, Karamu Golf Club is named for the Karamu Stream which weaves through the course. We are a supportive club and foster a family-oriented atmosphere that encourages players of all ages and abilities to join. Come and have a hit – we’d love to get your feedback and catch the tales at the 19th.
GOLFLANDS GOLF COURSE, HASTINGS
Our 9 hole public golf course in Hastings is a challenging little course. We have three par 5's and three par 4's.
You can play 18 holes - going around the course twice, and to keep things interesting four of our back nine holes have different tee off points.

$20 for 9 holes
$30 for 18 holes

We do not take bookings at Golflands - we operate a roll up start.

DRIVING RANGE
Our Hastings driving range is tee’d off the grass or you can tee off our Tee-Line Turf
Astro Turf giving you the choice for your practice. It's challenging and great fun to enjoy with friends family and colleagues.
Pricing:
Small Bucket = $13 (45 balls approx)
Medium Bucket = $17 (75 balls approx)
Large Bucket = $20 (100 balls approx)
You can use our irons for free and we hire out our drivers for $8 each.
Tees are required for our drivers and can be purchased in the pro shop.

Foot Golf
Foot golf is a combination of football (soccer) and golf, and is a great way to keep fit and have fun with friends, family and colleagues. An 18 hole round of foot golf is played on our 9 hole public course, using different tees and greens. Bring your own size 5 soccer ball or hire one from us. Wear your trainers, no studs allowed.
Pricing:
$18 per adult
$14 per child under 16 years of age.
Ball Hire is $4 +$20 Deposit

We are proud to introduce Pickle Ball to our offering at Golflands. We have 3 regulation size courts with Prestige Sports Surfaces.
We have partnered with Pay2play so you will be able to book courts via their application. Link to follow when we launch.

We aim for the 19th Hole at Golflands to satisfy. Relax over a cold beverage after the game, sitting back indoors or out on the deck. You can enjoy a great selection of tap beers, wines, and beverages from here in Hawke’s Bay and further afield, plus a range of excellent food on offer from the café.
